Please note that many yarn manufacturers that also publish their own patterns and pattern booklets maintain a section for pattern corrections and errata on their own websites. For your convenience, here are a selection of links:

Please note that this pattern is for one size only, to fit sizes XS through M. Also, for all the patterns in the booklet, the measurements shown in the schematics are in centimeters. The written instructions for the faggoting pattern did not match its chart. Also, that chart was missing the red box marking the repeated section on the second row. Corrected written instructions for row 1 are: Row 1: K3, *yo, k2tog tbl, k1; repeat from * to end of row. (4/12)

On page 2: near the top of the first column, the measurements should state "Work even until piece measures 18 (18.5, 19, 20.5)" from beg..."; and in the second column, in both "Shape Armhole" sections, the measurements should state "Continue in Lace Pattern on rem sts until piece measures 9 (9.5, 10, 10.5)" from armhole shaping." On page 3, the measurements on the left side of the schematic should be 19 (19.5, 20, 21.5)"; and the armhole measurements on the right side of the schematic should be 9 (9.5, 10, 10.5)".   (5/12)

#802327 Market Bag Pattern
The knitting instructions for the Bottom of the bag are correct; however, the rounds are numbered incorrectly. Rounds 5 and 6 are listed twice with different instructions; the second appearances of rounds 5 and 6 should be numbered as rounds 7 and 8, respectively. Additionally, rounds 7, 8 and 9 should be numbered as rounds 9, 10 and 11. (If you purchased this pattern after 9/28/11, your pattern has already been corrected.) (9/29/11)

#802409 / #802429 Flap Mittens Pattern
For versions dated 8/11 in the bottom right corner, the two sentences after the Increase Round instructions in the Thumb Gusset section should read as follows:

Repeat the last 4 rounds until there are 13(17,19) sts between markers. Work 3 more rounds even in pattern. (Revisions shown in bold type.) (11/11/11)
Additionally, the instructions for the flap were missing directions for placement of markers:
Flap: Place marker and cast on 19(23,27) sts. Place 2nd marker. (2/12)

#802420 One-Button Jacket Pattern
Clarification: In the instructions for the left front, in the third "next row", you'll work either even, an increase, or decrease(s) depending on the size you're making, before you get to those last 17 stitches. The remaining 5 decreases are worked over the last 17 stitches following the instructions that appear after the word "evenly". (2/12)

#802435 Double Breasted Tweed Jacket Pattern
Please note the following corrections to the Front Right section, immediately after the note in italics stating, "This is when you begin the raglan shaping at the same time. Directions follow." Some measurements have been corrected and instructions have been placed in a different order. Changes are shown in bold type below:
On RS, when front measures 18 (18, 19, 20)", begin Raglan Shaping.

Decrease 1 stitch right side, every 2nd row 7x.
Decrease 1 stitch right side, every 4th row 8x.
On RS, when front measures 23 (23, 24, 25)", after completing sts 1-6, YO, K2tog, knit six sts, YO, K2tog. Continue in pattern.
Work in st st until front right measures 26 (27, 28.5, 30.5)", ending with a WS row. Place remaining sts on holder. (12/11/11)

#802442 Ruffled Vest Pattern
Under "Neck and Shoulder:" Shoulder stitches worked for size XL should be 18, not 19. In the instructions for right front and left front, the word "on" at the end of several rows should be omitted. (4/12)

#802462 Snowflake Hoodie Pattern
The Hood should be worked in stockinette stitch, not ribbing. (1/7/13)

#802489 Cable Scarf Pattern
In Row 2, the sequence between *'s should read "P1, K1, P1, K1, P1, K1". (4/12)

#802522 / #802523 Holderness Cardigan Pattern
In rows 2 and 4 of the Cat's Eye Pattern, the "(K1,P1) in YO" can be worked in one of two ways: Either K1 in the first YO, P1 in the second YO; or (K1, P1) in the first YO and drop the second YO.
In the instructions for the BACK, the fifth sentence should read, "Work even in pattern until work measures 17(18,20)" from cast on edge." (Revision shown in bold type.) Also, the second-last sentence should start out, "Begin shoulder shaping by BO 5 sts..."

In the instructions for the LEFT FRONT, the last line at bottom of first column has misplaced parentheses. It should say "32 (36, 40) sts". The instructions for the front decreases have been revised for clarity, beginning with the fifth sentence ("Dec 1 st at neck edge...) through the end of the LEFT FRONT instructions. Revisions are as follows: Dec 1 st at neck edge every 4th row, and when work is the same length as back to armhole, begin armhole shaping as for back. Continue working neck edge decreases and armhole shaping at the same time until 15 sts remain. (Remember to only work armhole shaping on one edge, and the neck shaping on the other - be sure to count carefully.) Work even in pattern until same length as back to shoulder shaping. BO 5 sts at beg of row on next 3 RS rows to correspond with back.

In the instructions for the SLEEVES, the second-last sentence should read, "BO 3(5,6) sts at beg of next 2 rows, then one st at beg of every row, until 38(38,30) sts remain." (Revision shown in bold type.) (12/11/11)

#802524 / #802525 Portsmouth Cabled Sweater Pattern
In the "Body" section: Omit the last 10-stitch cable that appears immediately before the "p8" so that it reads as follows: "...place marker, {p8, 10 stitch cable [round 1], *p4, 10 stitch cable*; repeat between *'s 5 (6) times more, p8, place marker...".
In the "Sleeves" section: Change the second sentence to "Join and work k2, p2 ribbing for 2", increasing 4 sts evenly in last round." Additionally, you should change color A to color C when sleeve measures 12" from cast on edge for size 36 and 13" from cast on edge for size 40.
In the first paragraph of "Yoke" section, after the sentence "On the next round dec 1 st on each side of markers." the sentence "Repeat these 2 rounds once more." should be inserted.
On the second page of the pattern, be sure to maintain the columns of purl stitches between the cable columns. After the "1st dec" when you change to the 8 st cable pattern, you will be working *p4, 8 st cable*; repeat between *'s to end of round. After the "2nd dec" you will be working *p2, 8 st cable*; repeat between *'s to end of round. After the "3rd dec" you will be working *p2, 6 st cable*; repeat between *'s to end of round. Work in p2, k2 rib for 8 rounds. Bind off all sts.(5/12)

There was a printing error with some, but not all, of the patterns which resulted in some missing text. From the end of page 1 to the beginning of page 2, the instructions should read as follows (missing text shown in bold):
Cut yarn. Place sts on a holder. Make a second earflap. When second earflap is done, do not remove it from needle.
Next row (RS) (Joining earflaps): Knit across the second earflap (the one on the needle). Cast on 8(10) sts for the back of the hat, knit across the first earflap (making sure the RS is facing), then cast on 12(14) sts for the front of the hat: 42(48) sts on the needle. Place marker and join in the round. (7/27/12)

Also, the instructions in the legend for the two 1x1 cables were missing a "k1" - both should end "k1, k1 from CN." In the legend for Square #6, the "p2" in each of the cable instructions should be "k2" instead. Also, the photos of both squares were upside-down.
For patterns dated prior to 8/12: In the written instructions for Square #6, the inc row before working the chart should read: (K1,M1) twice, (K2,M1) 26 times, (K1,M1) twice, K1—87 sts. Additionally, in the chart for square 11, a dot was missing from the left-most square on wrong-side rows 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, and 23 (all wrong-side rows begin and end with three knit stitches).
